Amanda's research takes on a vital challenge: exploring the feasibility of a just-in-time adaptive intervention to boost physical activity in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes. Her study aims to enhance quality of life by increasing activity levels and improving glycemic control through personalized support. Her findings will also provide valuable insights for future research on adaptive health technologies.
